About Us

Rick and Kate purchased this property in 1996 after falling in love with it during a weekend trip from Perth. At that time there was only one gum tree and a rustic old wooden shed standing on ten acres of pasture. The view of the river, birdlife and the ambiance convinced them that this is where they wanted to establish a B&B.

Over the years they gradually developed the property establishing the vineyard, olive grove and planting a number of trees. In 2007 they commenced building the house, Bed and Breakfast and establishing the garden.

In early 2010 the house was completed and the Bed and Breakfast opened in June 2010.
